I found the hotel to be a bit perplexing with seemingly arbitrary double rates for the rooms but ultimately offering a good deal for the lower price. The service was a bit puzzling for the second time but had a positive association with Hotel Cliff and the Dominican Council of Cultural Activities about a week after our agreement. The location was somewhat undefined, yet intriguing. The dining was fantastic and fresh, especially with its local seafood offerings. The facilities were satisfying.
